Payment/Rates:​​ Payment is due at the time the reservation is made

• Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, or credit card
• One way rates:  $35/adult, $25/student (Effective 10/1/2023) 

Service hours:

Flight delays and cancellations​​:
Benzie Bus is able to accommodate flight delays up to 2 hours beyond our normal business hours. If a flight is delayed beyond the 2-hour window, we recommend passengers use ​Airport Ground Transportation listed below​​. In the instance of a flight cancellation or a delay 2 hours beyond our business hours, Airport Service fare will be refunded if the Benzie Bus has been notified by the rider before the driver has departed the bus station.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to inform Benzie Bus of any flight delays or cancellations that would affect their scheduled rides.
