Patient must pre-pay for the prescription; not all prescriptions are eligible. 25 pound weight limit per package.

- Call your pharmacist and see if your prescription is eligible for this service.
- Once you prescription is ready, call (231) 325-3000 x1 to schedule pick-up and delivery.
- Sit back and relax.
This service costs $5.00 per package.
